PAYMENT **0% AT SIGHT AT THE COUNTER OF THE SELLER’S BANK AGAINST LOADING DOCUMENTATION. VALIDITY FOR LETTER OF CREDIT - *0 DAYS + *0 DAYS FOR DOCUMENTATION PRESENTATION. DLC MUST BE ISSUED OR CONFIRMED BY TOP TWENTY FIVE PRIME BANK 

SALES PROCEDURES

1).Buyer issues ICPO accompanied of the BCL/RWA + NCNDA and BUYER’S PASSPORT COPY

2) The official mandate of the seller prepares the FCO, in accordance with the acceptance of the buyer, and returns to the buyer within *2 hours

3) Buyer to approve FCO with return to seller;

4) Seller to prepare sale and purchase draft contract;

5) Buyer review and return contract by mail. At this time buyer must present a draft copy of the LC that will be issued for approval;

6) Sellers and buyers sign contract and exchange contract by mail;

7) Buyers Bank choose the payment method and issue as Pre Advice (Buyer can Proof Funds with MT**9 (bank to bank),

8) Sellers Bank issue 2% performance bond and POP (proof of product) AND INVITATION LETTER FOR INSPECTION OF SGS or SIMILAR . And upon presentation of shipping documents, BL, They are activated, the non operative financial instrument;
